Product Line
RheoSuite connects autonomous drilling fluid measurement with live visualization, reporting and analysis. RheoSense captures data at the rig, with RheoMax providing sensor or software add-ons. The software modules help rig crews and remote specialists review fluid performance across onshore and offshore operations.
IMS combines rig-site measurement with remote access and practical field support. Frequent measurements complement scheduled mud checks, helping teams follow changes in fluid properties between manual tests and review them alongside the operational record.
RheoSense measures rheology, density, temperature, gel strength and pressure from a flowing sidestream. Measurement points update every five seconds during operation; complete rheology profiles and gel results follow their respective measurement cycles.
RheoMax extends RheoSense through sensor or software add-ons. These build on the existing system’s capabilities, giving rig crews and remote specialists broader insight into drilling fluid performance.
RheoReport turns time-stamped fluid data into automated reports for operational review and documentation. Standardized formats and cloud archiving help rig crews and remote specialists maintain a consistent record of fluid performance.
RheoView displays live and historical trends in rheology, density, temperature and other measured fluid properties. Rig crews and remote specialists can review the same data to compare readings and investigate changes.
RheoAdvise analyzes fluid data for trends, deviations and predefined thresholds. Alerts and diagnostic guidance help engineers identify changes that need review and decide when to investigate further.
Under development. RheoBrain is being developed to analyze live and historical drilling fluid data for predictive diagnostics and performance benchmarking. Planned capabilities include automated fluid control based on measured fluid properties.
