RheoSense is our patented rig-site sensor platform that autonomously measures fluid density, rheology, gel strength, temperature, and pressure. It replaces manual mud checks with continuous, high-resolution data collection, streamed directly to the cloud for remote access and advanced analysis.

RheoMax is an add-on to RheoSense that enables monitoring of particle size distribution (PSD), pH, and other fluid anomalies. This helps detect solids buildup, contamination, and changes in fluid chemistry that can impact wellbore stability and drilling efficiency.

Data from RheoSense and RheoMax is streamed to secure cloud-based platforms including RheoView and RheoAdvise. These tools enable real-time visualization, remote monitoring, trending, and predictive diagnostics—accessible anywhere with an internet connection.
